Angel Alale, a student who recently lost her father, has been awarded a full scholarship for scoring 331 in JAMB.
Education activist and CEO of Educare, Alex Onyia, shared Alale’s story on his X account on Thursday.
He wrote, “Angel Alale has just been informed of her full scholarship. She has been crying uncontrollably.”
According to Onyia, this scholarship is a life-changing opportunity for Alale, who was facing the possibility of discontinuing her education after her West African Examination Council (WAEC) exams due to her father’s death.
Despite her challenges, Alale’s academic performance stood out.
“She scored 331 in JAMB, which makes her the best in her school,” Onyia revealed.
Moved by Alale’s story, Onyia expressed his admiration and commitment to supporting her educational journey.
“This has touched my heart differently, and I will be forever happy and privileged to support her education journey. She is a star,” he declared.
