MTN Nigeria Foundation has awarded N114 million in scholarships to 380 students, including visually impaired individuals and top UTME scorers, across various Nigerian universities for 2024.

At a ceremony in Abuja, the foundation also inducted the graduates into the MTN Scholarship Alumni Association, providing ongoing support as they continue their education.

The scholarships cover tuition for any course from entry to final year, with annual renewal based on academic performance.

In her address, Aishatu Sadauki, Director of MTN Nigeria Foundation, emphasized the foundation’s belief that everyone, regardless of background, has the potential to become a trailblazer and problem-solver.

She encouraged recipients to build meaningful connections, gain valuable skills, and make a positive impact on society, while assuring them of MTN’s continued support in their academic journey.

Representatives from the University of Jos and JAMB were also present at the event.
