Blessing Obiwuma, a 2023/2024 Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship recipient, has achieved a major academic milestone by graduating with distinction from Dundee Law School, University of Dundee, with a Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate and commercial law.
Obiwuma shared the exciting news on LinkedIn, expressing her gratitude to the NDDC for its financial support, which enabled her to pursue her master’s degree. She also acknowledged her lecturers, mentors, colleagues, family, and friends for their unwavering support throughout her academic journey.
“This achievement would not have been possible without the generous support of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), whose scholarship enabled me to reach this significant milestone. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and the investment in my academic and professional growth,” she stated.
Reflecting on her experience, Obiwuma described her LLM journey as both challenging and rewarding, emphasizing the effort and dedication it took to attain this distinction. She eagerly anticipates her graduation ceremony in June 2025, where the University of Dundee Senate will officially confer her degree.
