The Niger Delta University (NDU) Matriculation Ceremony Date for 2023/2024 Freshers has been announced.


The 22nd Matriculation Ceremony for fresh students of the 2023/2024 Academic Session has been scheduled for Friday, July 19, 2024 at the Multipurpose Theatre (Near the Faculty of Agriculture) Main Campus extension (New Site).
The procedure/schedule for the Matriculation Ceremony is as follows:
- Only duly registered fresh students are eligible for matriculation.
- All Matriculants (duly registered fresh students) should collect academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers from Friday, July 12, 2024.
- All Matriculants are expected to be seated according to their Faculties at the venue of the ceremony by 9:30am.
- Academic Procession will commence by 9:50am – All Deans/Heads of Department and members of Senate are to be part of the academic procession.
NB: Please note that the change in date is in view of the Governing Council Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th July 2024 respectively.
