A Nigerian graduate has vowed never to return her convocation gown after paying ₦40k for it as she wears it to bed, while cleaning, and even while washing dishes.
This was revealed in a video she posted on a popular social media platform.
In the post, the lady explained that she recently graduated and paid the sum of ₦40,000 for the convocation gown.
The caption attached to the video states that she has no intention of returning the gown to her alma mater because she paid ₦40,000 to use it.
Her statement reads: “Return the convocation gown? I paid ₦40,000.”
She is later seen wearing the gown and cap while washing dishes, cleaning her room, ironing her clothes, and doing other activities.
