A brilliant Nigerian student, Oluwatosin Oyebamiji, has made history at the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA), by becoming the first female student to graduate with a first-class degree in Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering.
Celebrating her achievement on Facebook, Oluwatosin expressed joy not only for earning a first-class degree but also for being recognized as the second-best graduating student in her department. She highlighted the significance of her success, setting a new benchmark for future female students in engineering.
Acknowledging the support that contributed to her journey, she extended gratitude to her family, friends, and mentors for their encouragement and guidance. “Thank you so much to everyone who contributed in one way or another to my academic success. #CertifiedEngineer,” she wrote.
