There won’t be ASUU STRIKE at least for the next One month.


We are pleased to inform all students of Nigerian Universities that there won’t be strike for at least the next one month.
Oh yes, though this is bad news for some Marlians, its good news for many.

Recall that the Federal Government earlier threatened ASUU members that if they don’t eroll for the IPPIS, they won’t be paid their salara.
In response, ASUU said if they are not paid their salary, they will emabrk on nationwide strike.

Well as at the time of updating this page, we have confirmed that some ASUU members have been paid their salary. Those who did not eroll for the IPPIS has also received their salary.
Punch Newspaper, confirmed that Members of Academic Staff Union of Universities, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife have been paid their January salary.
Also in a similar news, UNIZIK Official Facebook page indicated that all ASUU members have received their January Salary.
