Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic National Diploma and Higher National Diploma (HND) Upgrade Programme Admission Form For 2024 is Out. See More Details Below

Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, Kaduna State invites applications for 2023/2024 Academic Session from holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) who wish to upgrade their weak Certificates.

AIM OF PROGRAMME:

The aims of the Programmes are:

  • To provide an opportunity for students to upgrade the status of their weak class Diploma to a better class,
  • To give students an opportunity of gaining admission for further studies in institutions where Lower Class Diplomas are not considered for admission; and
  • To provide a better competitive employment opportunity.

NUBA Poly Upgrade Programme Admission Requirements

Candidates who wish to apply for the Upgrade Programme must satisfy the following admission requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) Credits in O/level examinations with credit pass in Mathematics and English Language.
  • Obtain ND & HND Certificate from a recognized institution with a minimum of Pass grade.
  • NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
  • Holders of Certificates other than Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic are required to present their Academic Transcript.

Duration of Program;  The programme will be one (1) Academic Session i.e. two (2) semesters.

Lectures/Contact Period: Lectures shall take place on Fridays and Saturdays​.

REGISTRATION MODALITIES

Modalities for Registration will be on the Notification for Admission.

NB: The Upgrade graduate students will be issued a fresh statement of results/certificates bearing the year of completion.
