A Young Boy Olawumi, who scored 311 in JAMB, has narrated how his step mother threatened him with witchcraft, saying that he will never make it in school.

The young brilliant boy Awodele Habeeb Olawumi who is from Osun state, Nigeria, said he always wanted to be both a Lawyer and a Musician.
But his step-mum was was jealous of him, didn’t want him to succeed more than her own children, which made her curse him.
In a chat with ALLSCHOOL, Olawumi said: Right from my Secondary School days, I have had the ambition to pursue both Law and Music as careers. However,I had an experience in 2020, when I relocated to my father’s house with my mom. My aggressive stepmom lives with us too. Because my stepmother discovered I was chasing Law (a big dream) as a career, with Music. She felt I was doing better than her children (my siblings) in term of education.
That prompted her to start laying curses on my dreams, threatening me with witchcraft, and frustrating me spiritually! Well, that year I couldn’t secure my Law admission, as Unilorin denied me, despite that I had 270+ in that year’s JAMB examination.
The following year (2021), I didn’t get the JAMB form, due to depression. However, this year (2022),I intended to give my further trial,as I registered for the JAMB examination to continue my ambition. Fortunately, I had 311 this year.
The young boy who is yet to gain admission said he just wants to thank God for his high score, believing that he will be admitted this year.
Although, I’m yet to get the financial capacity to read Law,as my background is a little bit poor.I just want to glorify God for his tenacious Grace upon me,Who has continued to shield and progress me,despites all these odds.
I pray my mom could get the financial capacity to support me too, because my father has been blindfolded by his wife (my stepmother),he is not ready to sponsor my education at all.
I would also use this medium to seek financial help from any cheerful giver, who is ready to support me in any way…may we never lack in life!. Olawumi can be reached through +234 906 639 2156.
