Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has released the timetable for the collection of final notification of results for the graduating HND students of the 2022/2023 academic session. The institution has set specific dates for each faculty, ensuring an organized and orderly process.

Faculties Schedule for HND Final Notification of Results Collection:
This is to inform all outgoing HND II students of 2022/2023 academic session that your Notification of Result is now ready for collection in the following order:
- Faculty of Engineering – Mon, 27th & Tues. 28th May, 2024
- Faculty of Science -Wed., 29th & Thurs., 30th May, 2024
- Faculty of Financial Studies – Fri., 31st May, & Mon, 3rd June, 2024
- Faculty of ICT – Tue, 4th; Wed, 5th & Thurs., 6th June, 2024
- Faculty of Management Studies – Fri., 7th June & Mon.. 10th June, 2024
Guidelines for Collecting Results:
All concerned students are enjoined to adhere strictly to this arrangement as excuses shall not be entertained, thereafter.
N.B: Requirements for the collection of the Notification of Result are as follows:
- HND Certificate Receipt
- ND Certificate
- Verification of Result (VOR) Receipt
- Course Registration Form
- O’level Certificate
Graduating students are required to adhere to the following guidelines during the result collection exercise:
- Ensure you arrive at the designated venue within the specified time frame (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) on your faculty’s scheduled date.
- Bring along all necessary documents, both original and photocopies, including your identity card.
- Provide two clear recent passport photographs.
- Be orderly and respectful during the exercise to ensure a smooth process.
- Do not attempt to collect your result by proxy.
