PeaceLand College Of Education Degree Progammes Affiliated to Abia State University, ABSU, PGDE and NCE Post-UTME Forms 2023/2024 Academic Session are now on sale. The cut-off mark is 140.

The Management of Peaceland College of Education Affiliate of Abia State University hereby inform the general public on the Sales of Admission Form/ Application Form for the 2023/2024 academic session is currently still on sale.

Also, students/applicants who wrote the 2023 UTME JAMB and scored the JAMB cutoff mark of *140+* are eligible for admission. The 2022 JAMB Direct Entry applicants are also eligible to apply. Candidates who didn’t choose Peaceland as their first choice are also eligible to apply

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES

The minimum entry requirements are

  • Credit level passes in 5 subjects at one sitting, including English language
  • Or 6 credits in two sittings at the SSCE/GCE O’Levels or NECO Examinations
  • UTME Candidates must sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations of JAMB and obtain the prescribed cut-off marks as a statutory requirement for entry into Nigerian Universities.
  • Candidates must ensure that their UTME subject combination qualifies them for their chosen programme in the Institute
  • Candidates must also fulfil the demands of the Post UTME Screening exercise

NCE Entry Requirement

Minimum of 4 credits in Senior School certificate Examination – WAEC/NECO or Equivalent. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Examination Score acceptable by the Institution.

  • In addition to Minimum of 5 credits in Senior School certificate Examination – WAEC/NECO or Equivalent, the candidate must have any of the following or its equivalent; Nigeria Cerificate in Education (NCE), Advanced Level GCE, Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) Examination, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in similar field.
