School of Health Technology Etinan Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

School of Health Technology Etinan Form for 2024/2025 is now on sale. The closing date is 12th July 2024. The form cost N14,000. The entrance exam holds on 20th July, 2024.

School of Health Technology, Etinan, has commenced sales of admission forms for the 2024/2025 academic year. Interested applicants are therefore directed to visit the State Ministry of Health, Block B, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo from Wednesday 19th June, 2024 to 12th July 2024 for the forms between 9am and 3pm daily, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. The admission forms are obtained on payment of N14, 000 only. Entrance Examination will take place on the 20th July, 2024 by 8am.

Requirements For Registration

According to the release, Courses available are: National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology, 2 Years; HND in Environmental Health Technology, 2 Years; Pharmacy Technicians, 3 Years; Medical Laboratory Technicians, 3 Years duration; Professional Diploma in Health Information Management, 3 Years; Community Health Extension workers, 3 Years; junior Community Health Extension workers, 2 years, and HND Public Health Nursing, 2 Years duration.

Interested candidates must have five credits including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English language while additional subjects include Geography, Agricultural Science.

NABTEB is also accepted for prospective Medical laboratory technicians.

Original and two photocopies of each of the following

• Educational certificates FSLC, WASSCE, GCE or NECO
• Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• Change of Name (if applicable)
• Age (16 years and above)

Date of Entrance Examination – 20th July, 2024

How to Apply for School Of Health Etina Admission

Registration Commences from Wednesday 19th June, 2024 to 12th July 2024, between the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm daily except public holidays and weekends.

Venue: Registration will ONLY take place at Public Health Directorate, Ministry of Health Uyo

Qualification: WASSCE, GCE OR NECO with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in not more than two sittings

Registration/Processing Fee – Fourteen Thousand(#14,000.00)Naira only.
