The Ghanian Police arrested two students from Nkoranza Technical Institute and Nkoranza Senior High Technical School following a violent clash between the two institutes over a group of ladies.


Police have arrested two students following a violent clash between students of Nkoranza Technical Institute and Nkoranza Senior High Technical School (SHTS) in the Bono East Region.
The altercation occurred on Monday, June 12, 2024, and resulted in eight students being injured.The incident began when male students from Nkoranza Technical Institute visited female students at Nkoranza SHTS, leading to a misunderstanding and subsequent violence.
The clash not only injured students but also caused damage to school property and several vehicles belonging to teachers.Authorities quickly intervened to restore order.
The Ghana News Agency reported that police managed to control the riot and ensure calm at the school.
