University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) School of Nursing Admission Form for 2025/2026 is now on sale. Form cost N20,000. Registration Closes FRIDAY, 25TH JULY, 2025. The cut-off mark is 180.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into ND/HND programmes in Nursing Sciences. Candidates who chose the College as their first choice with a JAMB score of 180 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible to apply.

Also Candidates intending to change their institutions of first choice are eligible to apply, provided they effect the change of the institutions with JAMB

UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Admission Requirements

Intending candidates must posses FIVE (5) CREDITS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, AND BIOLOGY AT NOT MORE THAN 2 SITTINGS FROM SSCE OR NECO. Only candidates aged between 17-35 years by November, 2025 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for UCTH School of Nursing Form

INTERESTED CANDIDATES ARE TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE SUM OF #20,000.00 TO UCTH SCHOOL FEES/CHARGES ACCOUNT THROUGH REMITA DRAWN AT ANY COMMERCIAL BANK ON REMITA PLATFORM:

  • SELECT FGN
  • TYPE UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL
  • SELECT SCHOOL FEES/CHARGES
  • INTER CODE 1000187508
  • ENTER THE AMOUNT AND SUBMIT.

Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site. The official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing. UCTH along Moore Road for collection of Application form.
