Osun State University (UNIOSUN) Clearance Documents for Newly Admitted Students. This is the registration documents.

After the payment of Admission Checker, Acceptance and Medical Fees as well as the required registration on the Undergraduate Admissions portal, admitted candidates should proceed to their respective faculties for the Faculty Screening registration.

The documents required for the Faculty Screening are listed below;

1. UNIOSUN Provisional Admission Slip
2. JAMB Admission Letter
3. Original and Photocopy of O’Level Result
4. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’level Results Checker
5. Statement of Result and Copy of Academic Transcript (Direct Entry Only)
6. UTME Result/DE Registration Form
7. Post UTME Screening Result
8. Acceptance Clearance
9. Medical Clearance
10. Valid (three years) Tax Clearance of Parent
11. Osun State Development Levy
12. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
13. Letter of attestation from a reputable personality.
14. Evidence of payment of Accommodation fee

Upon successful screening, the portal account of admitted candidates would be activated for the payment of school fees and other related portal fees.
