A 200 Level LASU Female Student named Okpala Chinaza Goodness has Won N250K Annual Scholarship, Job, And Internship Placements Following Success In the Innovators Competition


A 200Level Student of the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Okpala Chinaza Goodness, has emerged as one of the top three outstanding female engineering students who took part in the Momas Innovators Award Competition organised by the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria, Lagos Chapter.
Miss Okpala, for her feat, was rewarded with a harvest of prizes including an annual scholarship of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000) Only till she graduates from the university, an internship placement opportunity at Momas Electricity Meters Manufacturing Company Limited, a job placement upon her graduation and support for her engineering projects.
The prizes were generously offered by the Chairman of Momas Group, Engr Kola Balogun, as part of his dedication to nurturing innovation and aiding the educational and professional development of talented female engineers like Okpala.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, congratulates Miss Okpala, the department of Electronic and Computer Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering, Epe Campus, on the feat.
