Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL) has banned all forms of celebration within and around the university premises in the course of signing out


The attention of Management has been drawn to wild jubilations/celebrations by the graduating students on Campus which are capable of causing mayhem and destruction of lives and properties.
As a result of these actions of the students, the University Management has banned all forms of Celebrations/Jubilations within and around the University premises.
NOTE: Any student or group of students who violate this directives shall face Sanction.
