Drama As Lady Who Abandoned Her Child 7yrs Ago, Returns Back to Claim Him (Video)

Cursory: A grandmother was not in support as a woman returned for her son she abandoned seven years ago.

The audacious display of negligence in action.

A drama broke out at Abeokuta, capital of Ogun State. Nigerian woman returned for her son seven years after she abandoned him with his grandmother.

The grandmother insisted that she won’t release the kid to the mother; that the grand son is the only family left since she lost her son, who was married to the supposed son claimer.

Narrating her story in Yoruba, Prankster, @signteewonder, who served as a journalist in the case kept interpreting her ordeal. According to the grand ma, she said her deceased son and the lady married and gave birth to the boy seven years ago.

The old woman explained that the lady told her she wanted to step out to get something and was never heard of ever since, only for her to show up recently to claim the kid.

The woman who abandoned her child, claimed she went to hustle due to their state of poverty as at then.

She also revealed that she remarried four years ago, but unable to bear a child. She went further to offer to settle the old man financially for her effort and all the resources she expended in raising the boy up all these years.

This issue caused a huge debate online, but majority were in support of the grandma.
