Borno State University, BOSU Vice Chancellor has Inspected the Conduct of Second Semester Exam and Offered Automatic Employment to a Student.


The Vice Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), Professor Babagana Gutti accompanied by the Dean, Student Affairs, Dr Grema Mustapha, on Friday, conducted an inspection tour of various examination halls to how students are fairing with their exams.
The VC assessed conduct of the second-semester examinations and offered guidance to ensure a smooth and secure examination process.
Specifically, he directed the Exams and Records Officer to revise the examination sitting pattern next session.
To enhance examination security, Professor Gutti instructed the Dean of Student Affairs to ensure that all students possess a valid ID card before entering the examination hall.
Additionally, he directed the ICT unit to implement a system for issuing replacement ID cards within 10 minutes.
During the inspection, the VC interacted with students and offered an automatic employment opportunity to a Computer Science student with a CGPA of 4.5 and above.
Professor Gutti expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of the examinations, noting that ‘the university is committed to maintaining academic excellence and integrity.
