At just 19, Ofili Onyinye graduated with a first-class degree in Software Engineering from Admiralty University of Nigeria, earning a CGPA of 4.64, the best student award in her faculty, and inspiring others with her resilience and determination to excel.

Ofili Onyinye, a 19-year-old Nigerian scholar, has achieved an extraordinary milestone by graduating with a first-class degree in Software Engineering from Admiralty University of Nigeria, Delta State, with an impressive cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.64. Her outstanding performance earned her the prestigious titles of best graduating student in her department and faculty.

On LinkedIn, Onyinye shared her inspiring academic journey, which began with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) program at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She credited this foundational year as a critical stepping stone in her transition from health sciences to Software Engineering—a bold move that brought its own set of challenges.

Starting in her second year (200 level) at Admiralty University, Onyinye initially attained a 2:1 CGPA, leaving her limited time to achieve her first-class dream. Battling self-doubt and an overwhelming workload, she persevered by dedicating herself to consistent studying, prayer, and personal growth.
