Aisha Ibrahim, a Nigerian pharmacist and graduate of the University of Lagos, has been awarded the prestigious Allan Ferguson Scholarship to study for a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Aston University in the United Kingdom.
The scholarship, valued at £10,500 (approximately ₦17 million), covers full tuition fees of £22,500 and includes an additional £6,000 contribution toward living expenses for the 2025/26 academic year. The Allan Ferguson Scholarship is designed to support exceptional students from Africa and India who might otherwise lack the opportunity to study in the UK.
