A 200-level UNILORIN student was exposed for exam malpractice after mistakenly submitting his answer script with a hidden cheat note (“expo”) still inside, sparking widespread reactions on social media.

A 200-level student of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has found himself in serious trouble after reportedly submitting his exam answer booklet with a cheat sheet—locally known as “expo”—still inside.
The blunder was brought to light by a user on X (formerly Twitter), @bahdboydara, who posted a video showing the moment the incriminating material was discovered. According to the post, the student, allegedly from the Faculty of Arts, accidentally left behind a small note (“chip”) filled with prepared answers in his script.
A snapshot from the video shows someone pointing to the student’s matric number, 22/15CD2, while publicly calling him out:
“You forgot to remove your expo from your booklet after cheating.”
The embedded note was clearly visible in the open exam script, sparking a flurry of reactions across social media.
