AAU Post UTME Form 2024/2025 [UPDATED]

This is to inform the University Community and the general public, that qualified candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of First choice can apply online for 2024/2025 academic session admission into Ambrose Alli University with effect from 26th August 2024, at https://aaue.waeup.org/applicants/utme2024 and make payment online with their ATM cards on (Quickteller) Interswitch.

LATEST UPDATE: AAU Post-UTME registration ends 31st January, 2025

This is to inform the University Community and the general public that the sale of the PUTME online forms for the 2024/2025 will end on 31st January, 2025.

This is to enable more candidates to make or complete their applications online.

Candidates Eligible to Apply.

1. UTME: All candidates who chose the institution as their FIRST CHOICE and scored 140 and above in the UTME.
2. DIRECT ENTRY: All Direct Entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and choose AAU, Ekpoma as Institution of the First Choice.
3. Awaiting Result: The date for the screening exercise for candidates Awaiting Result would be announced in due course…

Mode of AAU POST-UTME Screening.

The Screening Exercise would be done ONLINE by screening of qualifying results of candidates.

There is no Exam or Aptitude test, the Screening Exercise IS JUST ONLINE SCREENING and NOT Physical Screening. After Registering for the Post UTME / Screening Exercise, just relax at home and exercise patience as your result would be uploaded on kofa when it’s time.

Your SCORE would be calculated based on your JAMB Score and GRADES in the 5 Major O’LEVEL SUBJECTS required in your Choice Of Course.

How Much is AAU Post UTME Form?

All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are to note that:

The cost of the online Application form is N15,200 (Fifteen thousand two hundred naira).

How to Apply for AAU Post UTME Form.

• Visit https://aaue.waeup.org/applicants/utme2024
• Use your JAMB(UTME) Registration number as both Username and Password.
• Please endeavour to change your password at first login.
• Proceed with your registration.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date has been extended till 31st January, 2025.

Some other Important Things to Know?

• All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as no initials shall be entertained.. 
• Any candidates who fails to fill and submit the forms online may forfeit his/her eligibility for consideration of the academic session admission exercise.
• Any one caught impersonating will be handed over to the Police and the candidate so impersonated will be automatically disqualified.
• All Direct Entry (DE) candidates must enter all relevant certificates documents (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NCE/DIPLOMA/DEGREE etc. with the correct examination number and pin) to the Portal.

WARNING

Any applicant who fails to fill and submit the form online may forfeit his/her eligibility for consideration in the 2024/2025 academic session admission exercise.

Applicants that provide false information or upload incorrect credentials online will automatically be “disqualified”.
