A Nigerian man has appealed to President Bola Tinubu for a $100,000 reward to honor his nephew, Uthman Mustapha Olasubomi, who scored 366 in JAMB and earned nine A1s in WAEC, sparking widespread praise and support online.

A proud Nigerian uncle has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to recognize and financially reward his nephew, Uthman Mustapha Olasubomi, who achieved exceptional academic results.
According to a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user @sama_on_point, Olasubomi scored an impressive 366 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (JAMB) and earned A1 in all nine of his West African Examinations Council (WAEC) subjects.
The uncle praised his nephew’s brilliance, jokingly comparing him to Albert Einstein and urging scholarship bodies and the Nigerian President to support the boy’s future:
“Hello folks, this is my nephew’s result. Albert Einstein is a learner! 🙌
Scholarship plugs, kindly show my nephew some love! 🙏
@officialABAT, can my boy get some spare $100,000 from you? 😎
Congratulations Mustapha for making the family proud! 👏”
He also referenced President Tinubu’s previous gesture of rewarding Super Falcons players after their AFCON performance, suggesting a similar reward for academic excellence would be appropriate.
