The Members of the NYSC Digital Literacy Community Development Services group, in Roni Local Government Area of Jigawa State, undertook the training of 150 students in preparation for the 2026 Computer Based Test (CBT) exams.

The training, which spanned a period of three months, was conducted using a dedicated software application developed by Members of the CDS group.
The participants were drawn from the following schools:
A. Government Girls Day Secondary School Roni Arewa
B. Girls Computer Senior Secondary School Roni
C. Government Day Senior Secondary School Roni Kudu
In addition to the training, the CDS Members organised one-on-one mentorship sessions and provided career guidance to the students. They received detailed advice on selecting the appropriate subject combination for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Examination.
These initiatives, according to Imran Musa Bello the President of the group, have significantly enhanced the students’ digital skills and preparedness for future examinations, contributing positively to the educational development in Roni Local Government.
The Local Government Inspector, Mrs Fatima Suleiman, has promised on behalf of the group to expand the scope of the training to reach more schools and students in Roni Local Government Council.
