ABU Advanced Certificate Courses in Procurement and Sustainability Admission Form 2026 is Out

The Sustainable Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement Centre of Excellence (SPESSECE) at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has announced a call for applications for its 2026 Advanced Certificate Courses designed to strengthen professional capacity in procurement, environmental sustainability, and social development.

The programme, supported by the World Bank, will be conducted under Track B and targets professionals working in government institutions, development projects, and the private sector. The courses aim to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills required for effective procurement management and sustainable development practices.

According to the training schedule, the Advanced Certificate Course in Procurement Management will hold at the Abuja Centre from 23 March to 10 April 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. daily. Additional courses in Sustainable Environmental Studies and Sustainable Social Development Studies will run between April and June 2026 at centres in Abuja, Katsina, and Kano.

The programme will last three weeks, comprising two weeks of classroom lectures and one week of industrial attachment to provide both theoretical and practical learning experience.

SPESSECE stated that public sector participants will attend the programme tuition-free, while private sector participants will pay a participation fee of ₦50,000.
