Fountain University, Osogbo, has reached a historic milestone as it secures full accreditation for all its academic programmes from the National Universities Commission (NUC), reaffirming its position as a fast-rising centre of academic excellence in Nigeria.


In an official statement, the Vice-Chancellor, Olayinka Ramota Karim, announced that the University recently received full accreditation for 18 additional programmes in the 2025/2026 academic session. This development brings the total number of fully accredited programmes at the institution to over 39, with several also enjoying relevant professional recognitions.
Describing the achievement as a product of deliberate effort and institutional commitment, Professor Karim expressed profound gratitude to Almighty Allah and commended the collective contributions of faculty, students, governing council, and stakeholders.
“This remarkable milestone is not accidental. It reflects our unwavering commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and global best practices in teaching, research, and community service,” she stated.
The Vice-Chancellor emphasized that the accomplishment reinforces Fountain University’s promise to deliver globally competitive and industry-relevant education while maintaining strong moral and spiritual foundations.
