Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, UDUTH School of Midwifery Admission Form for 2024/2025 Academic Session. Registration ends 6th January 2025. The entrance exam is on 11th January 2025. The form cost N7,000.

This is to inform the general public of the sale of application forms for admission into the School of Midwifery Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Sokoto for the 2024/2025 academic session has commenced.

Duration: The school offers a 3year basic training in midwifery education.

Admission Requirements: Applicants Must Possess Five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings in the following subjects; English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from NECO, WAEC, and NABTEB.

• Interested candidates can obtain the application form on payment of NON-REFUNDABLE sum of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000) only through remita
• Candidates should visit http://www.remita.net/ and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA (Ministry, Department and Agencies) Remita Payment menu. Select UDUTH School of Midwifery under the service then generate remita (RRR) Number of the sum of (N7000) Seven thousand naira only.
• Receipt of remita payment should be presented to SOM-UDUTH CASHIER and collect cashier receipt. BEFORE OBTAINING YOUR SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN.
• Visit https://www.spbm.uduth.org.ng/basic online, form 2.php and serial number given to you.
• Fill your information accurately and submit after acknowledgment.
• Please come along with a clear printed coloured copy of your application form on the date of entrance exam.
