Let us start by stating that the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Ikot Osurua Post UTME Form (otherwise called the Admission Screening Form) for 2024/2025 Academic Session is out.

  • Candidates must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their FIRST or SECOND CHOICE.
  • Candidates must have scored up to 120 and above in the 2024 UTME.

How Much is Akwa Ibom Poly Post UTME Form?

The official cost for the FUTA post utme form Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000) only payable at any bank on Remmita (RRR) platform only.

How to Obtain Akwa Ibom Poly Post UTME Form.

  • Candidates should visit the School website akwaibompoly.edu.ng, click online Application, then generate an invoice (RRR Number) with the following details:
    • JAMB Reg Number
    • Phone number and
    • Name
  • Candidates should go to any commercial Bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin for ₦2,000.00 (Inclusive of Bank and other charges).L for the screening fees.
  • Candidates must upload their WAEC results to JAMB via JAMB’s portal and the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic’s portal, respectively.
  • Using the pin, visit akwaibompoly.edu.ng to fill out and submit the application form.
  • Download and print the acknowledgement slip. The acknowledgement slip will be used for screening.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE:

Candidate should upload the following document to Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal:

  • Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
  • JAMB online result
  • Other credentials
  • Valid Scratch Card pin for verification of WEAC AND /or NECO result(s)

N/B the 2024/2025 UTME screening exercise shall be in a dedicated calibrated format. The result of the screening exercise shall be published accordingly.

Other Vital Information

  • Only bonafide/eligible candidates will be screened
  • All recommended students for admission will be published online and their names sent to JAMB for admission letters.
  • Parents, guardians and friends are strongly advised to keep away from the venues of the screening.
  • The screening will be held in Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua.!
