Ambrose Alli University, AAU Issues Important Notice On Illegal Trading in the University Premises.


I am directed to refer to a circular dated 14th November 2022 on the above subject matter. The unwholesome act of some staff who display goods for sale in their various offices as well as the activities of hawkers who are litter in our premises, faculties and department with waste from their sales is condemnable.
This memo, therefore, is to re-enforce the ban on sale of goods in the office and hawking around our various faculties and departments.
Any person caught selling in the office or hawking goods in the faculties and
departments, would have their goods confiscated and destroyed.
The task of cleaning up Ambrose Alli University is for all of us. Henceforth, all activities involving sale of goods should be done according to laid down rules and regulations. Persons who may wish to sell should seek accommodation in
the lockup stores. The Overseer Physical Planning Division, the CSO, and the Santana security outfit should take note of the above and deal decisively with offenders.
