ADUSTECH Opening of Students Hall of Residence Notice 2023/2024 

Aliko Dangote University Of Science and Technology, Wudil ADUSTECH Notice On Opening Of Students Hall Of Residence for 2023/2024 Academic Session 

This is to inform all students allotted accommodation in different Hostels in the University that the hostels will officially be opened as from Saturday, 6th January 2024. Students should rese the followings:

• All Students are to present a hard copy of evidence of payment and the Students Affairs clearance point for authentication on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024 
• After the clearance students will proceed to the Hall administrator at their respective halls blocks for registration. 
• Students are not allowed to write/scribble anything on the wall. A fine of N 5,000 will be levied for disfiguring the walls of rooms from the resident(s) of the room
• Students should not keep large amounts of cash or costly items like mobile phones, cameras, Electronic gadgets, jewelry, etc. in their rooms. Hence complain about the loss or theft of such costly items is discouraged.
• Students should also be reminded that the already existing prohibition for cooking inside the room is still on as cooking spaces have been provided. A fine of N 5,000 will be levied for violation and a subsequent loss of bed space
• Students should keep the environment including the toilets and bathrooms clean, falling which a collective fine of N 3000 will be collected from the residents of the respective wings/floore
• Students should not paste any posters/pictures, etc on the walls, doors windows and shelves Cut-outs should not be placed at brought in the hostel A fire of 5,000 will be levied for violation
• The use of electrical appliances such as freezers, hit plastering and heater is prohibited in the Halls of residence. A fine of N 5,000 will be levied for delinulting
