Aliko Dangote University Of Science and Technology, Wudil ADUSTECH Notice On Opening Of Students Hall Of Residence for 2024/2025 Academic Session


As we prepare to open the hostel for the commencement of the 2024/2025 academic session, I am delighted to welcome you back to the university. I trust you had a restful and productive break and are ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that the new session brings with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Please note that the hostels will reopen on Sunday, 26th January 2025.
As we resume academic activities, I would like to remind all students of the regulations in place to ensure a conducive learning environment and promote the well-being of our university community. The following guidelines are to be strictly adhered to:
- Prohibition of Open Defecation: Open defecation of any kind is strictly prohibited on campus. Violators will be fined N10,000. Let us work together to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Cooking Inside Rooms: Cooking inside hostel rooms is not allowed. Any gas cooker or similar equipment found will be confiscated immediately.
- Spilling of Water: The act of spilling water in any form is prohibited. This measure is to ensure hygiene, prevent accidents, and avoid water wastage. Violators will be fined N10,000.
- Littering the Environment: Students are required to dispose of waste in the designated bins provided across campus. Littering the university premises is strictly forbidden, and violators will face disciplinary action. Let us keep our campus clean and green.
- Possession of Expensive Handsets: Students are strongly advised against possessing or using expensive handsets on campus. This is to minimize risks associated with loss, theft, and security concerns. Any such items brought to campus will be at the student’s own risk.
- Use of Heavy Electrical Appliances: The use of heavy electrical appliances, such as hot plates, heaters, and other high-power devices, is strictly prohibited in student accommodations. These appliances pose a significant fire hazard and may disrupt the

- Fighting, Theft, and Vandalism
- Fighting, theft, and vandalizing university property are strictly prohibited.
- Punishment: Expulsion from the university.
- Maintain peace and respect our campus environment!
Attention: Violators of these rules will face appropriate disciplinary measures. Let’s work together to maintain a safe, hygienic, and secure campus for everyone.
