Al-Istiqama University Registration Procedure For Fresh Students, 2022/2023

Al-Istiqamah University Commences Registration For Fresh Students For The 2022/2023 Academic Session.

This is to inform all admitted students of Al-Istiqama University, Sumaila that the registration exercise for the 2022/2023 Academic Session begins from Wednesday, 8th February, 2023 to Friday 17th March, 2023.

All Candidates are hereby urged to follow the procedures stated below to complete their registration within the time-frame slated for the exercise.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Successful Candidates should;

1. Visit the University portal via https://ausu.safsrms.com
2. Use their username as they are on our online application portal, and 1 to 8 as their default password.
3. Upon a successful log in, a password change option will be displayed, change the password to any digit(s), letters or combination of your choice, such should be at least eight (8) character long.
4. Click on fees payment to preview the breakdown of the fee items.
5. Scroll down and click on MAKE FULL PAYMENT to proceed to the payment gateway.
6. Choose your preferred payment method c.g MASTER CARD, VISA CARD or BANK BRANCH and click on pay now.
7. You will be redirected to Remita Payment Platform to complete the payment and print your payment receipts.
8. Repeat step 4-7 above to complete your hostel payment.
9. Evidence of Remita Payment should be presented at the Bursary Department before collection of the University official receipts. 
10. Allocation of bed space and course registration access is strictly upon validation of payment and presenting of the University official receipts.

NOTE:

• Only Candidates who obtained their application form from the University Online Application Portal and Chooses Al-Istiqama University, Sumaila on their JAMB can access the Registration Portal.
• Subsequent list of admitted candidates will be released as admission is still ongoing.
• Candidates must appear for Physical Screening and Documents Verification before accessing the Registration portal.
