Aminu Saleh COE Ban On Entering Examination Halls With Cell Phones, Bags & Other Valuable Items.

In line with the preparation for the commencement of Second Semester Examinations 2024/2025 Academic Session, the Management has noticed with great concern the attitude of some Students that affects the smooth conduct of the examination. These habits contravene the laid down examinations guidelines hence could no longer be condoned.

In view of the above, the Management had during its daily briefing held on Tuesday 9th September, 2025 deliberated on the matter and directed as follows:

The College law has banned the entering into Examination Halls with Cell-Phones, Earpiece, Bluetooth, MP3, AI Wristwatch, and any other electronic device.

ii. No student is allowed to come to the examination venue with handbags and other valuable materials.

iii. All students are requested to be at the venue of their examination 30 minutes before the exams time. Failure to comply will render the student loose his/her examination. All students are to ensure they always come along with their ID card, exams cards, and desist from noise making and all other forms of exams malpractice during exams.

iv. All staff invigilators should be reminded to be available 30 minutes before commencement of examinations.

Therefore, Deans, HODs, Programme Coordinators, Examination Officers, and Invigilators are kindly requested to ensure total compliance on the i-v above and other Examination Ethics, please.
