Nigerians have dug up photos of male soldiers who proposed while in uniform and didn’t face any consequences from the Nigerian Army.
This comes after a female soldier was detained for accepting a proposal from a corps member at the Yikpata orientation camp in Kwara state (read here).
Among the reasons the army gave for her detention was that she indulged in romance while in uniform.
Nigerians were angered by this and have now started sharing photos of male soldiers who indulged in romance while in uniform and were not penalized as the female soldier is being penalized.
