ATBU Issues Important Notice to Final Year Student on Students’ File Update .

The Academic Registry is embarking on a record-update of Final Year (500 Level) students due for graduation in the 2024/2025 Academic Session as a prerequisite for clearance to collect their results.

In view of the above, all Final Year students are advised to submit the following documents to their respective Faculty Officers with effect from Tuesday 1 to Friday 4th July, 2025.

Checklist:

• One File Jacket
• One Passport Photograph
• Copy of Course Form/Semester Form/Examination Card
• Copy of ATBU Admission Letter
• Copy of JAMB Admission Letter
• Copy of Direct Entry Form/JAMB Score Slip
• Copy of SSCE
• Copy of Primary School Certificate
• Copy of Indigene Letter
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Evidence of payment of school fees
