Auchi Poly Important Information to all Graduands of the 2018/2019-2021/2022

Auchi Polytechnic, Important information to all graduands of the 2018/2019-2021/2022 academic session.

This is to inform all graduands of the 2018/2019-2021/2022 Academic Sessions that the 26th-29th Combined Convocation Ceremony will hold from Tuesday, 12th to Saturday, 16th November, 2024 at the Polytechnic Main Auditorium.

1. Academic outfit will be available for collection from Monday, 11th November, 2024, from the respective School Officers.
2. Convocation Ceremonial Gowns will be available for collection from School Officers from Monday, 11th November, 2024 on payment of the sum of Thirty-Five thousand Naira (N35,000.00) only for the following certificates details:
   • Certificate
   • Academic Gown (Hire)
   • Scroll
   • Development Levy

3. National Diploma (ND) graduands are to note that their convocation ceremony is on Thursday 14th, November, 2024 while that of the Higher National Diploma (HND) graduands is on Saturday, 16th November, 2024.
4. Graduands are to return Ceremonial Gowns to the School Officers immediately after the Ceremony or by Monday, 18th November, 2024 at the latest. Non-compliance will attract a penalty fee of N1,000.00 only, for each day beyond the deadline.
5. All graduands are advised to attend the Convocation Lecture scheduled for Friday 15th November, 2024 at the Main Auditorium by 3.00 p.m.
6. Graduands are to note that the academic procession begins at 9.45 a.m. prompt on Thursday 14th and Saturday, 16th November, 2024 respectively.
7. All Invited guests are to take their seats at 9.30 a.m. same day please.
