Avoid Mistakes in 2026 UTME: How to Access JAMB Brochure & Syllabus Online

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released key information to help all candidates preparing for the 2026 UTME.

According to the management:

“Attention prospective 2026 UTME Candidates: Kindly scan the QR Code below to access the brochure and syllabus for your choice of institutions/courses, subjects combination per course, topics, list of reading texts and other relevant details.”

This official tool is called IBASS (Integrated Brochure and Syllabus System). It is free and easy to use.

You can also visit the site directly:

Why is this important?

The brochure and syllabus help you in many ways:

  • See all universities, polytechnics, and colleges offering your dream course.
  • Know the exact UTME subjects you must choose. Wrong subjects mean no admission.
  • Check O’Level requirements like WAEC or NECO subjects needed.
  • Read the full list of topics for each subject. Focus your study here.
  • Find the recommended reading texts, especially for Use of English.
  • Avoid mistakes that many candidates make every year.

As of January 2026, JAMB registration for UTME will start soon. Many centres are ready, and guidelines are out.

Start preparing now. Read the syllabus every day. Practice with allschool.ng CBT software. Choose subjects carefully.

Many students score high when they follow the official syllabus.

Good luck with your 2026 UTME. Work hard and you will succeed!
