A disturbing incident at Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun State, has sparked outrage after a male student, identified as Tony, allegedly assaulted a female student for exposing his infidelity.
Reports circulating on social media suggest that the altercation took place on March 10, 2025. The female student had reportedly recorded a video of Tony with another girl and sent it to his main girlfriend, which later led to conflicts in his relationship. Enraged by the exposure, Tony allegedly confronted her on the school’s football field, physically assaulting her and leaving her with severe injuries, including excessive bleeding from the mouth.
Shocking footage from the incident allegedly shows Tony forcing the victim to apologize while threatening further violence. He reportedly recorded her distress and captioned the video: “Other girls will learn from this.”
A concerned social media user shared the story on X (formerly Twitter), condemning the act and calling for justice. The post quickly went viral, attracting widespread criticism of Tony’s actions and calls for disciplinary measures against him.
Public reactions have been divided, with many users strongly condemning the violence and urging authorities to take action, while others questioned the victim’s decision to involve herself in the situation.
As the discussion continues online, students and the public are calling on Bells University’s management to address the issue and ensure justice is served.
