BUK Notice on Compulsory Documentation Exercise For Level 100 & DE 2023/2024 intake

This is to inform all admitted candidates in the 2023/2024 Academic Session to come for a compulsory Documentation Exercise scheduled to commence from Monday, 13 January, 2025 to Friday, 24 January, 2025 at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK.

All admitted candidates should come along with original and photocopies of the following items for the documentation exercise:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. BUKAdmission Letter
  3. JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  4. BUK Acknowledgment Slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  5. JAMB Result Slip (UTME Candidates)
  6. A Level Statement of Result (Direct Entry Candidates only)
  7. O Level Statement of Result and Online print (SSCE)
  8. Result Checker Card for O Level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS etc). Candidates who sat for NECO June/July, 2019 are requested to present result checking token.
  9. Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (Optional)
  10. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
  11. Completed Undertaking Form
  12. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees
  13. Certificate of Medical Fitness
  14. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs

NOTE: The Documentation Exercise is compulsory for all newly admitted Undergraduate students.
