The College of Education, Billiri, Gombe State, has announced a free registration opportunity for prospective students seeking admission into its Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes.

According to an official Admission Notice released by the institution, the initiative is targeted at candidates who wish to secure admission into the college but have not written the UTME (JAMB) examination.
