Application forms are to be filled online. Payment will be made on the school account as provided on portal via Banks and or ATM cards.

• X-ray technician (3yrs-Diploma Cert.)
• Health information management (3yrs-Diploma Cert.)
• Dental Surgery (3yrs-Diploma Cert.)

College of Health Sciences & Tech, Deba Admission Requirements

Candidates for admission into school of health technology Deba must fulfill the general admission requirements of the admission, as well as the special entry requirements for the school, department and programme into which admission is sought. Candidates seeking for admission Into the School must pass WASSCE, NABTED NECO, and WAEC with Credit in at least five (5) subjects:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry

Two sittings are recognized in NECO, NABTED, NECO and WAEC on meeting the entry requirement, the admitted students are then registered, and their documents upon verification with relevant examination bodies. Applicants are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into various programmes of the school.

Duration of the course: The duration of each course at diploma program is three years while certificate is two year.

• Attach a passport of yourself with RED background and other specified property
• Application form must be filled and submitted online before the closing date
• Do not proceed with this registration if any of the information provided is incorrect

• An email verification link will be sent to your G-mail, click on Verify Your Email Addressto verify your email
• If you had earlier completed step 1 or 2, and you wish to continue your application. Click edu.ng After email verification, you are to upload your passport photograph with size not more than  50KB
• Click Make Paymentto pay the required application fee. There are two types of application:
  • ND Application (₦5,000)
  • Certificate Applications (₦4,000)
• Ensure you print your payment receipt
• Click Fill application form to fill the application form with your profile information, courses that you want to apply for and your academic qualification
• Print the acknowledgement/examination permit slip, completed application form and the referee form.

B.The appropriate fees should be paid online with debit (ATM) cards.

Ensure you make your payments by yourself.

Do not give to a third party to pay for you.
