Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (former ANSU) has debunked fake admission cut-off marks circulating on social media.

The attention of the Management of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has been drawn to a misleading publication circulating on social media, particularly by a self-styled “campus gist” content creator, claiming that the University has released cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
The publication is entirely false, unauthorized, and did not emanate from the University. The University therefore advises prospective students, parents, guardians, and members of the public to disregard the fake publication and any similar misinformation. Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University has established and verifiable channels of communication through its official social media platforms and official website. Any information concerning admissions, screening exercises, cut-off marks, or related matters will be communicated through these approved channels.
The University also wishes to reiterate that it is aware of the activities of admission racketeers and individuals seeking to exploit unsuspecting candidates through false promises of admission. Members of the public are strongly advised not to engage with such persons or part with money in pursuit of admission opportunities.
Be informed accordingly please. Thank you!
