In a touching act of familial support, a young woman attended a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting for her mother, who courageously returned to school after having children.
The young woman shared a TikTok video showing her mother in her school uniform, appearing like any other student.
Her mother, who had not completed much education before getting married, decided to go back to school to further her learning.
When it was time for the PTA meeting, the daughter stepped in to attend on her behalf.
She mentioned that she also reviews her mother’s school notes to ensure she is keeping up with her studies.
Sharing the video, she commented on the surprising role reversal in life.
Her caption read, “My mom still goes to school and I’m the parent/guardian that goes for her PTA meetings. See how tables turn.”
