Applications are open to candidates that scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME examinations and have chosen Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba as First Choice of University or have changed to Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba as First Choice.

LATEST UPDATE: CHANGE OF CLOSING DATE FOR POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY APPLICATION

The Management of Dennis Osadebay University (DOU), Asaba, wishes to inform all prospective candidates and the general public that the closing date for the ongoing 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry application exercise, earlier announced in our previous advertisements, has been revised.

Accordingly, the online application portal, which was originally scheduled to close on 30th August, 2026 will now close on Monday, 30th June, 2026 by midnight.

Prospective applicants are advised to take advantage of this development to complete all registration requirements before the new deadline, as no further extension may be granted.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Ordinary level Requirement

All candidates to Dennis Osadebay University must have credit-level passes in five (5) relevant subjects at the SSCE/GCE/OLevel/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalents in not more than 2 sittings, including English Language and Mathematics as well as other JAMB requirements.

UTME

Candidates to Dennis Osadebay University are required to have sat for the current UTME of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and attained the minimum pass-mark as prescribed by JAMB Only CANDIDATES who scored the prescribed JAMB cut-off mark at the current UTME are ELIGIBLE to apply to DENNIS OSADEBAY UNIVERSITY.

How to Apply for Dennis Osadebay University Post UTME

Application is online and candidates are to apply at https://myportal.dou.edu.ng/apply/default.aspx and make an online payment of two thousand naira (2,000.00) only.

Candidates must upload their O’level result(s) and a clear red background passport photograph.

NOTE
All candidates who are interested in the University as a choice, MUST go to the JAMB website and do a Change of University.
