Kind Nigerian Pastor Gives Scholarship to Young Lady Sacked for Joining Peter Obi’s Rally

A popular and generous Clergyman, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM) has awarded a scholarship to young lady, Regina Ledrum, who lost her job after joining Peter Obi rally.

A young lady had took to her social media page to lament over the loss of her job after her boss sacked her for going to rally for Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The young lady who worked as a receptionist at a hotel, said she had joined the two million-man march that recently held in Port Harcourt.

According to the young lady, she had pleaded with her boss not to lay her off and had disclosed that she gained admission this year, and hoped to sustain herself with the receptionist job.

The kind clergyman, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere who had heard her story took to his Twitter page, offering to fund the rest of her education.

“Apostle Chibuzor OPM Grants Scholarship, Automatic Employment to Girl Sacked for Joining Peter Obi Rally by Her Boss,” his tweet reads.

Regina isn’t the only beneficiary of the Apostle’s philanthropism. Weeks ago, he offered scholarship to a School Dropout With One Leg who works as a Bricklayer.

In May, he also offered a scholarship to the brother of Deborah Samuel, the lady who was stoned and burnt in school for alleged blasphemy.

Similarly, in March, he also offered a scholarship to security guards who were sacked for dancing at duty.

While some social media users praised the Man Of God for his kind gesture, others have a different view. Below are some reactions:
