A female ND1 student at Auchi Polytechnic was reportedly confronted and allegedly attacked by fellow students after she exposed an HND2 student who brought “expo” into the examination hall.

Tension reportedly erupted at Auchi Polytechnic following an incident involving alleged examination malpractice during an ongoing exam on campus.
According to a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @TheBeninBlogger, a female ND1 student reportedly called out an HND2 student who allegedly brought “expo” (exam answers) into the examination hall. After noticing the suspected malpractice, the ND1 student was said to have raised an alarm during the exam.
Her action reportedly angered some students who were present in the hall. What began as a complaint about cheating soon escalated into a larger confrontation after the examination ended.
Reports claim that a group of students later confronted the ND1 student and allegedly attempted to attack her for exposing the situation. Some students were reportedly upset that she spoke up about the malpractice during the exam.
The incident has since generated widespread reactions online, with many people debating issues surrounding exam malpractice, campus culture, and the safety of students who report wrongdoing.
Several social media users also shared their opinions about the situation. One user commented that sometimes minding one’s business can be the safest option in school, while another argued that the real problem is that some students have begun to see examination malpractice as normal behavior.
