The Federal Polytechnic Idah has published a list of students yet to submit their SIWES placements, setting a deadline for submission and warning of consequences for non-compliance.

The attention of Management, all Heads of Departments participating in SIWES, Departmental SIWES Supervisors, parents/guardians and the general public is hereby drawn to the fact the under listed students who are supposed to be participating in the about to be concluded 2024 SIWES exercise have failed to submit to the Directorate of Industrial Training and Development the particular places they are doing SIWES, if at all they are participating.
The consequence of this their inaction is that they will not be assigned supervisors to assess and grade them. In that instance, they are deemed to have embarked on unauthorized withdrawal from the exercise, and that has its own attendant consequences. Those who may want to submit theirs can do so from now to 12.00pm on Thursday October 24, 2024.
Kindly accord this information the widest publicity it deserves.
Thank you.
