FUET Physical Clearance and Returning of Files For Official Documentation

FUET Important Notice on Physical Clearance 2026.

This is to inform all Pioneer Students of the Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET), Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, that the returning of files, registration, and physical clearance will resume tomorrow, Monday 26th January, 2026.
🕗 Time: 8:00am prompt
📍 Venue: FUET Campus

All successfully cleared students are required to report to the FUET campus with the file issued to them after their successful clearance two weeks ago.

Students are to prepare four (4) sets of the following documents:

• Clearance Certificate
• FUET Admission Letter
• Guarantor’s Form
• O’Level Result(s)
• JAMB Result Slip and Admission Letter (Institution and Candidate copies)
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Local Government Identification Letter

All concerned students are advised to comply strictly with this notice.
