Federal University Of Gusau, FUGUS Online Registration Procedures For Fresh Students 2025/2026.

This is to inform prospective students admitted into various undergraduate degree programmes of the University for the 2025/2026 academic session that the registration exercise is scheduled to commence on Monday, 15th September, 2025 at the Faculty of Science Extension from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily for the period of two (2) weeks.

The students are requested to come along with the original and photocopy of the following documents:

• JAMB Admission Letter (for Institution Use)
• JAMB Result Slip
• SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, or NABTEB)
• Senior Secondary School Testimonial
• Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
• Letter of Indigene
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Four (4) Passport Size Photographs

Each candidate is also enjoined to log on to ugs.fugusau.edu.ng to:

• Pay an acceptance fee of Twelve Thousand (12,000.00) Naira only (non-refundable)
• Update his or her personal information
• Print the Letter of Undertaking
• Print the Remita receipt for the acceptance fee and a copy of the profile form from the University portal
