Federal University Of Health Science Azare, FUHSA Admission Form For 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out. The closing date is Friday 24th September 2026


This is to inform all staff, students and members of the general public that the management of the University has released the 2026/2027 Remedial Admissions.
The Nine (9) Months Intensive Studies will prepare candidates to compete equally along applicants to gain Admission into the University and other Universities as approved by the Federal Government.
The following Programs are available in the University:

- B.NSc (Nursing Science)
- B.Sc Nutrition & Dietetics
- B.Sc Radiography
- B.Sc Audiology
- B.PT Physiotherapy

- B.Sc Epidemiology & Biostatistics
- B.Sc Information Technology & Health Informatics

FUHSA Remedial Entry Requirements
- Applicants MUST have a minimum of (3) Credit Passes at O’ Level Result (WAEC or NECO): English Language and any two other Science Subjects from Biology, Chemistry and Physics at one Sitting.
- Candidates MUST register for 2027 JAMB (UTME) and obtained the required score points
- Candidates MUST register and pass at credit level from SSCE or NECO in the subjects they are deficient.
How To Apply For FUHSA Remedial Admission Form
- Interested applicants should visit www.fuhsa.edu.ng and search for the “remedial programme” from the “Portals” tab and do the following:
- Create a profile on our admission portal and fill-in your bio-data. Ensure to use a valid email address as all communications will be sent via email.
- Pay non-refundable application fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (₦10, 000)
- Students can pay online or generate RRR and make payment at any bank.
- Only payments made via applicants’ profile is valid.
- Proceed to fill the application form after a successful payment.
- Print out the completed application form for reference.
Screening and Registration will commence as follows:
Venue: Directorate office, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare.
Date: From 8th July 2026 to Friday 24th September 2026.
Successful candidates can check their admission status and print their admission letters accordingly.
Candidates are to come with originals and photocopies of their credentials for the screening
